Our mission
As of May 2026, Indonesia has 230M+ active internet users who subscribe to 7–10 digital services on average — an official bill topping Rp 1.3 million/month. For a reader on a Jakarta minimum wage, that is 25% of income drained into streaming, music, AI, and tools. Our mission: help you keep access to all your favorite services with a sensible bill — using official accounts from regional distributors, not pirated ones.
Since 2024 we have sold hundreds of premium accounts to thousands of Indonesian customers. Accounts are bought legitimately from the regional distributors of Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, Google, OpenAI, and other official partners, then legally shared on sharing tiers with a full-replace warranty for the whole subscription period.
Editorial team
Our blog is written under the Kak Rafa byline — an editorial pen name that represents the Literally Apps team. The Kak Rafa character is portrayed as a former IT worker at a Jakarta fintech startup juggling 14 active subscriptions at once; behind the byline is the editorial team that actually tests every service, verifies prices, and writes the guides.
Kak Rafa is the editorial pen name of Literally Apps — not a single individual. Behind this byline is an editorial team that tests reseller services, verifies prices weekly, and writes guides based on an internal database plus public sources cited inline. This disclosure is published for transparency in line with Google News Authors guidelines (February 2026).
Data sources
Every official price we quote on the blog comes from one of the following sources, with an inline link to the source:
- Each service’s official pricing page (netflix.com/id, spotify.com/id-id, openai.com, gemini.google, hotstar.com, max.com, canva.com/id_id, etc.)
- Official press releases via Tempo, CNBC Indonesia, Kompas Tekno, CNN Indonesia, DataReportal
- Literally Apps’ internal database for our reseller prices (synced weekly)
For the full editorial process — how we verify prices, when we update old posts, how corrections are handled — see our Editorial Policy.
Product disclosure
Our blog recommends services we sell ourselves (Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, Disney+, and 30+ other subscriptions in the Literally Apps catalog). This is not affiliate marketing — we are a direct reseller. Every post that mentions our reseller plans explicitly links to the product page at /app/<id> or /paket with transparent pricing.
We also cover official alternatives and competitors without a filter — if Apple Music Family is cheaper than Spotify Platinum for your use case, we say so. Honest comparison > a sales pitch that Google easily rejects.
Contact
Questions about services, billing, or plan activation: the WhatsApp number is listed on the Bundles page and on each product page at /browse.
Editorial correction requests or press inquiries: send them to our business WhatsApp with the subject "Editorial — <topic>". We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days.
